“I am not making Sculptures I am remaking life”
I am interested in manipulating objects to evoke personal experience, fuse the relationship between art and life, reality and invention. What one believes to constitute “truth” matters more in subject of individual action, social behavior, and personal creativity than any defi nition of traditional standards of the condition of being natural; usual, typical, or predictable? I am not making sculpture I am remaking life.

My work fi nds itself inquiring the mode of existence of Man and other beings. Th e work pauses at the slight inconveniences before they start to co-exist and merge into one another.
Th is body of work continues to look into the intrusion of one into the other, the struggle for power and infl uence and in turn being infl uenced by the other. Th e drawings and sculptures imitate this transition in various ways, the breaking of a particular code of existence before it enters the next one.

As a question mark or an exclamation mark on our social structure with symbols from our daily lives, I create a modern day vision of the social world. My work refl ects an instrument that helps the viewer understand his personal state in the time and space which we reside. In the widest sense, my work has to do with the human being’s inability to identify with the structures he himself has created. Th e sense of loss or inadequacy he feels when faced with these structures (whether we call them culture, setting, society, or whatever) moves man to interpret the world, and himself, constantly and intuitively in order to try to insert himself into it.

My work revolves around the physical manipulation and treatment of the material involved.
Th e rigorous process that the material goes through is what defi nes the form and its content.
