Ayesha Akbar, Hira Siddiqui, Khadija Azhar, Rabia Ehsaan, Shireen Rasul, Usman Malik, Fatima Batool, Muhammad Ibraheem: and Syed Haider Ali are exceptional painters. These young artists are exuberant in their art-making and are at the very forefront of artistic innovation as
they explore themselves and the society around them.
Seeking to build an entire world through their art, Rabia Ehsan seeks to recreate space and their place within it for her viewers while Syed Haider Ali creates architectural representations of the world we inhabit. Usman Malik seeks to imitate and represent natural, organic processes.
Hira Siddiqui and Ayesha Akbar turn to the nuances in the art making process in order to reach their creative best. Siddiqui seeks to depict the aspects of paintings which most attracted her, while Akbar is inspired by the art of photography.
Some of these artists explore their own and society ‘s emotional and psychological state. Khadija Akbar depicts human emotions in her work while Fatima Batool looks to her present and conscious state of mind. While Shireen Rasul delves into the world of imagination and the human propensity to dream and create. For Mohammad Ibrahim it is the viewer himself who becomes the focus of his art. It is the he who is on display and who is the subject of the artist’s analysis.
They have each expressed their hopes for a future they wish to inhabit and are paving it’s way through their artistic creations.
