Under the bridge: Colorful designs brighten up Changde in Hunan Province
Bridge piers in rich colors have recently been unveiled in Changde, central China’s Hunan Province.
The piers were seen adorned with colorful paintings featuring natural landscapes, 3D animal designs as well as figures from ancient fairy tales.
The paintings have brightened up what were previously dull and unspectacular pillars.
