Gallery6 reopens on Saturday with an interesting exhibition titled ‘66 statements’, a collection of paintings, drawings, sculptures, relief work, prints and photographs.

85 artists group exhibition `Mein` : exploration of the self

Not very often does one get to see the works of no fewer than 85 known and relatively less known artists under one roof — works which represent the interpretation of their `selves` at that.
To celebrate the third anniversary of Koel Gallery, an exhibition titled `Mein — the artist and the self` curated by Noorjehan Bilgrami and Amean J opened at the gallery on Thursday.
A wide variety of paintings, sculptures and installations made by 85 artists (ranging from Salima Hashmi to A.R. Nagori and from Asim Butt to Ussman Ghauri) are on display.

LAHORE art exhibition, Winds of Change’

LAHORE An art exhibition, ‘Winds of Change’, was held at the Alhamra Arts Complex on Friday, where artworks of students studying fine arts in the Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi, were displayed for the audience to marvel at.
A total of 30 artists displayed over 60 pieces showing the use of several different art techniques; oil painting, miniature art, sculptures, textile work and printing art.
