SADEQUAIN AWARD 2012

Karachi Metropolitan Corporation has announced to organise a Sadequain Awards distribution competition. A cash award of one

lac rupees will be given to the first position holder, 75 thousand rupees to the second, 50 thousand to the third position in

each category of the paintings and the Quranic calligraphy. Besides, two special prizes of 10 thousand rupees will also be

given for encouragement of the artists.

1. One creation for each part of competition can be submitted.
2. Copied pictures will not be included in the competition.
3. Engraving. Inscribing and Handicrafts etc. will not be included in the competition.
4. The size of the picture with frame should be 3′ x 2′.
5. Pictures must be framed.
6. Creations should be submitted in Gallery Sadequain (frere Hall) upto 6:00 pm
7. Pictures will be acceptable in any form of media.
8. Last date to submit entries is 25th March, 2012.
