To have access to the art of Meher Afroz, it is important to understand her worldview and to have an insight into her philosophy where temporal experience and spiritually are woven into a seamless continuum. In the last three decade, Meher’s art has projected her inner voyage
Between 1992 and 2000 Meher Afroz has held solo shows in Abu Dhabi, Sri Lanka, Leeds and Yorkshire. She has also participated in various group shows between 1970 and 2005 which were held in Lucknow, Calcutta, Milan, Melbourne, Delhi, Dhaka, California, Bradford, Katmandu, Avignon, Amman, Sharjah, Baghdad, Toronto, Hong Kong and Mumbai. She has also held many solo exhibitions in Pakistan since 1984 and received numerous awards.
