LAHROE An exhibition of master pieces of prominent artist Dr Ijaz Anwar was kicked off at Lahore City Heritage Museum, Mall Road Lahore.
The exhibition was organised in collaboration with Lahore Museum wherein more than 150 pieces of art including paintings of old buildings of Lahore, landscapes and cartoons were displayed. Paintings of famous personalities of Lahore have been displayed in the Hall of Fame of Lahore City Heritage Museum while relics of Sikh, Mughal, and British eras relating to Lahore have also been placed at the exhibition. Talking to The Nation, Uzma Usmani, in charge of City Heritage Museum said that the exhibition was the continuity of Dr Ijaz Anwar’s Channar House’s show.
